30-Day Return PeriodWe provide a comprehensive 30-day return period on all loose diamonds. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
International Orders
14-Day Return PeriodInternational customers can return items within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For orders shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery β no reason required. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.
